This article reminds me of the experience I had with my Suburban, but then again my wife's car is a Ford and that is the reason I did not buy a Ford diesel pickup. Her 1995 Taurus has been a piece of junk and Ford just does the minimum to get by. Seems like it is getting tougher to find a good, quality built, American car of truck anymore. Only reason I bought the Dodge is for the Cummins engine and the drive train which none of it is Dodge; all Dana or New Process.
